If you do order an item that is out of stock I will contact you as soon as possible and endevour to have it made and despatched within two weeks. The cost of postage in the uk is a set price no matter how much you order(£2.50). The rest of the world postage will vary dependant on weight. Items will be sent to the uk using recorded or special delivery depending of value of order. Overseas orders will be sent using airmail. Please note:overseas orders you are responsible for any duties or taxes on the goods. Postage is non-refundable. Special commissions Requests are welcome for variations of the designs seen here. I generally dont make commissions as i prefer to make pieces im inspired to create. Please email if you have any requests Returns I always try to ensure that all pieces of jewellery are of the highest quality. Should you be unhappy with your purchase I will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the item(s). They must be returned in an original unworn condition. I would appreciate an email first stating why you are returning the item. All refunds will be made via the method you paid for it. You must return the jewellery by the method you received it, ie recorded delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for an item until it is signed for. Sorry I can only accept returns on earrings if they are found to be faulty due to EU hygiene regulations. Postage/packaging fees are not refundable.
